Welcome to the "Mastering Your Missing Piece - the Series - January's featured webinar on the Essence of Self Love! We believe that understanding your current level of Self Love will enhance your learning experience during the session. Please take a few moments to complete the following assessment. Self Care

 

Rate your ability to recognize and understand your ability to Self Care. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being low, 10 being high). Provide a brief example of a recent situation where you demonstrated self-care (without guilt or judgement). Self Care is recognizing that the "oxygen mask" needs to go on YOU first before taking care of others. How do you rate yourself as "putting your body, mind, spirit and soul" first in a healthy position before attending to others needs. (*Not SELF ish....SELF CARE).

Self-Worth:

 

Reflect on how you typically see/view yourself. Do you know who you are and your strengths, weaknesses and challenges? Or do you constantly compare yourself mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually to others. Do YOU set the criteria for knowing your value or do you let others determine your value? Describe one specific value you see and recognize in yourself that you are proud of.

Self Acceptance:

 

Think about your interactions with yourself. What do you do that brings you Joy? Do you dance and sing..and if so...what is your favorite music or dance that brings joy to your heart? When was the last time you "played"? No expectations...just pure play with no care....just enjoying being? Please share, if appropriate.

Self Esteem:

It's a Dynamic personality. It is about your understanding and accepting your "uniqueness", your "gifts", your "talent". Yes, everyone has a special "mastery"...a thing that is unique only to them. It's about loving who you are and loving what you do and "believing" in what you do. So, if I'm asking, which I am, what is your "unique" quality that you love? What do YOU LOVE ABOUT YOU!

Compassionate Heart

How many of us say we want an intimate relationship but yet when we are given the opportunity for one, we say, "Hell no! I'm terrible at this, man!" 

How is your intimate relationship with yourself? Are you open and honest in your communication with yourself? Listening with an open, compassionate heart? Where in your life, right now, would it be beneficial to listen to yourself with an open, 'compassionate" heart?  Bottom line....where do you need to feel loved most?
