Years ago, I "accidentally" stumbled upon this healing modality while consulting with a client. A generous outpouring of blue sapphire-like light began emanating from her, and it's effect was instantly noted. We both were amazed to feel the emotion of loyalty, goodwill and friendship. This color continued to pour in, palpably transforming the session.
As a healer, I purposely went in search of an explanation.

The light reflected off a tomato is energy vibrating at a certain frequency (4.6 x 1014 Hz, approximately), and it has nothing to do with your history, what you think about tomatoes, if you like the taste, or whether you’ve tasted one. All the associations in your mind that depend on a words, time, space or history simply have no bearing on the actual frequency of color.
